HT Playa, born Christopher S. Hunter, has a long history with music. Raised in New York, he was first introduced to music at a very young age by his grandfather. During high school, HT made a name for himself in the “battle rap” genre, because of his skill and attraction to the clever punch lines. HT Playa continued this through college, but after 2 years realized college wasn’t the right path for him. Today, he is tearing up the Cleveland music scene. There, he has also established the “Time for Greatness” movement, which helps to inspire a new generation of Cleveland youth. HT is hungry and poised to be one of the artists we hear about in the near future!
