Atlas Genius – 63 Days

Following the success of their debut album “When It Was Now” 2013 and it’s follow up “Inanimate Objects” 2015, Atlas Genius have unveiled the music video for their newest single “63 Days”. The song is the band’s most intimate yet, and tells the story of accidental heartbreak, with the accompanying music video painting the picture of becoming more and more isolated until a moment of love brings clarity.

Although the song is about one broken heart, the band discovered that it is so much more. Keith and Michael Jeffery realized that the things that tear two people apart are the very same things that can cause a rupture throughout the world. The layers of ignorance that we acquire through our misconceptions, miscommunications and misunderstandings – whether they be gender, sexual, racial or political – can leave us covered and unrecognizable in gook, and we don’t even realize it. So, in an effort to bring people together the band is launching a social media campaign entitled #63DaysOfLove.

#63DaysOfLove is…
63 DAYS of lending a helping hand to anyone who needs it.
63 DAYS of connecting with your friends, family, loved ones, neighbors and total strangers.
63 DAYS of getting involved with charities or organizations both local and global.
63 DAYS of reaching out to those in need.

The band is asking for fans to join them in taking the Soul Stare everywhere and making a 63 day commitment to spreading compassion and kindness all around, in whatever way they want. To help spread the word, the band is encouraging fans to recreate the final soul stare shot from the “63 Days” music video and post it on social media with the hashtag #63DaysofLove.
