Hazel is a singer and musician, who writes his own music and lyrics. While he was born in Amsterdam, his Caribbean heritage is easily seen through his musical influence. The music of Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Notorious B.I.G and Tupac Shakur have always surrounded Hazel. This has helped to shape his style, which is a combination of Pop, Hiphop, R&B, Trap, and Soul combined.
Hazel has touched on some subjects that are close to his heart in his new video for the single #ImHereNow. He shows you in a theatrical way what he had to go through to get to where he is today. After the success of his first single “Why You Mad”, he wanted to make a strong statement in regards to some issues that are going on in society and let you know he is an artist here to stay.
In 2017, Hazel is busy working on new music and is focusing on the release of his new EP “I’m Here Now”
